Hello all! In this post I’ll give some tips to be happy❣. Everyone wishes to be happier as happy. It is essential to keep healthy both as well as mental and physical state. Even small fights and misunderstandings can lead to serious conflict, worse and depression.

I suggest a few tips how to be make / remain happy…💓

     🔹Interact: Honest open talks is the key to healthy, strong and happy relationship. It’s involved in expressing emotions, solving personal and relationship problems, sharing your emotions, etc. It is also an essential element in understanding each other’s feelings, needs, ideas, views of the world, desires, and goals.💕

     🔹Spend time with your loved ones:  When you spend with them you’ll get to know their needs. That pleasurable time enhances lots of love and trusts💗. If you’re not sure what your  loved one’s needs, better you can ask them right away.😉

    🔹Compromise: Everyone has different world views and perspectives on life. This is most obvious when arguing over anything or making any kind of decision. Sometimes two individuals agree and sometimes they don’t. When you and your opponent disagree over something, don’t let it become a big, heated argument. Instead, discuss it in a calm, rational, and civilized manner. Try to understand your partner’s world views. Respect their opinion regardless of how different it may be from your own.♥

    🔹Make some time with friends: Spend some quality and fun time with friends. Plan a trip or meet every week or once a month, depending on what works best for you all. This can refresh your friendship and will keep the fire burning. 🔥😜
     🔹Don’t lie: It’s human nature to lie occasionally, but it is not an excuse to lie to all. Always remember that every time you lie, the trust also decreases. Trust is essential to a healthy relationship.It’s better, to tell the truth, and face the consequences than being caught lying.💯

     🔹Ignore negativity: Always have a hope all is well, everything will be alright. When someone decides you’re not the one for them, don’t argue with them. Don’t try to prove to them they’re wrong. Tell them you understand. Tell them you respect their decision. Be polite. Go through the motion.
Take their words at face value and turn around decidedly. Don’t look back. Don’t hang around. Don’t dig into each little word they say. Don’t even try to find reasons because there’s really no need to. Tell yourself it’s okay. Let yourself feel the pain that cuts through your vulnerable heart. Let yourself feel sorry. Let yourself cry till it’s stinging around your temples.Realise that there’s nothing that’s holding you back. Realise that in your hands is your power, always. Soon you’ll even see that it’s a blessing in disguise as you’re learning new things about yourself and realise you’re always stronger than you thought.
     🔹Love yourself: Self-love is not simply a state of feeling good. It is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. It influences who you pick for a mate, the image you project at work, and how you cope with the problems in your life. It is so important to your welfare that I want you to know how to bring more of it into your life.✨💖

     🔹Take care of yourself: When you take better care of your basic needs. People high in self-love nourish themselves daily through healthy activities, like sound nutrition, exercise, proper sleep, intimacy and healthy social interactions.⚡
     🔹 Set limits: You’ll realise yourself more when you set limits or say no to work, love, or activities that deplete or harm you physically, emotionally and spiritually, or express poorly who you are.

     🔹Live intentionally : Accept whatever is happening in your life, when you live with purpose and design. If your intention is to live a meaningful and healthy life, you will make decisions that support this intention, and feel good about yourself when you succeed in this purpose.💖
