Hello all. As you guessed by seeing the tittle. This is all about a broken heart. How to tackle? How does it heal? Nowadays, people give importance to the emotions around us. Let me tell you what to do if your heart is broken. Of course, it’s easy to tell and follow. But, it’s not that much hard to practice. Working on it brings inner peace.

Everyone has mental stress and emotional problems. We all worry about it and put ourself down. We all don’t deal with it. This is the major mistake we are doing. The primary step is to deal with the problem and finding a solution.

  • Cry, Cry and Cry: I could get your mind-voice. “Why the hell he asking me to cry?”. When you ain’t feeling well, besides unhealthy reason or ill. If it is because of the broken heart or loneliness. Then, don’t control your emotions too much. Cry, it’s not a bad thing. When we are crying because of disappointments, tears are only filled with emotions. So cry. After a while, your heart will feel better.
  • Remain calm: When our heart is broken, we feel lonely. Few people blame that they are the loneliest person in the World. And nowadays most of the people show off their insane and depression through social media. I’m asking them “What’s the purpose of posting sad and melancholy content on social media?” Okay after posting those contents. “Did your problem get solved?” 
  • Music heals: Music is the best medicine the heart and soul need. Researchers found that Music also reduces levels of the stress hormone cortisol. The songs, that you heard when you are happy and when the mood is completely off. Those songs would be like sad songs. How many of you have noticed this? Don’t listen to energetic songs which are in the rock genre. I advise to hear refreshing songs and to soothing music. It will make you feel the light-hearted person.
  • Interact with your friend and trusted one: Friends are the real supporters. No one can deny this utterance. At this time we all want an arm/shoulder to lean. Those who believe in us and they will devote their time and energies towards our growth and ensure that we prosper. Better, communicate and chat with comfort people. The mind will be bliss only with few souls. Whenever I feel down, I chat with my friend. My friend will encourage me and few scold me using unparliamentary words. In fact, sometimes it feels why should I feel and worry for these things 😉

 All we need is someone to stay and say – I’m there for you

  • Engage with short goals: Have short goals. Keeping yourself busy and being productive, keeping yourself so much occupied wouldn’t let you be productive. As days go, getting with work and scheduling our task will help us to bring the normalcy.

A new beginning will give a great boost in mind and soul.
